Shipping:
Ready-made items will ship within 2-4 days.
Made-to-order items ship within 2 weeks (if you need it sooner, contact me before ordering and I will see if I can make that happen).Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, insured and signature required. I will let you know when your order goes out and supply tracking information. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. International Clients: shipping fees vary, and take 4 weeks on average. Any customs and/or import taxes are your responsibility.

You may return an item - unused and in the same condition and packaging in which you received it – within 7 days by sending it back via USPS and insured for the purchase price to:

Email me the tracking number, so I can promptly process your refund once the returned item arrives. You are responsible for return postage/insurance; the initial postage is not refundable. If the package/item is damaged during transport, I will let you know, so you can process a claim through USPS.
Sale items and Custom Work cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Gifts: if you are returning a gift, purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once I have received the item, unused, in the same condition and packaging. If you received the item directly from the gift-giver, any credit would go to him/her – after the return has been completed.
Custom Orders:
Contact me with your question about custom work. In general, once we have agreed on details and a price in writing, a 50% deposit is required for me to start work. Custom orders are final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable.
Care & Cleaning:
Jewelry should be the last thing you put on - after applying lotion, hairspray etc. Don’t wear your jewelry while using cleaning products, or while in a swimming pool or hot tub. A polishing cloth is the safest way to clean Sterling Silver or Gold.
