Polka-dotted Mystery Gem with Ruby

I bought this Gem from an estate - the coloring is so rich, and the dots just made me smile. I carefully drilled through the stone and set a small Ruby, complementing the other dots. Held in a hand-made Sterling Silver prong setting, you can also show off, wear, the other side, featuring a Leaf within a Leaf.
